Meet the AOP Assistants
Each day, we have different certified yoga teachers supporting Scott and Jamie with adjustments and teaching.

Ami Jain

Ami has been practicing Ashtanga yoga over 15 years.
She completed a 100 hour Ashtanga training with Scott Harig in 2012 after attaining a 200 hour certification in ISHTA Yoga. Workshops with master teachers David Swenson, Richard Freeman and John Campbell as well as meditation lessons have furthered her study of all eight limbs.

Kathrin Mathews
Kathrin is a former lawyer turned yoga teacher moved to NYC from Switzerland in 2016. She has been fortunate to train all over the world with her teachers Patrick Creelman, Noah Mazé, Tiffany Cruikshank and Scott Harig, among others. While Kathrin has been teaching yoga for over 10 years, she loves the fact that she will always remain a student of all of the limbs of yoga.

Ben completed RYT-200 training with the faculty of Pure Yoga NYC, and over 300 hours of Ashtanga teacher training with his mentor Scott Harig, John Campbell and Manju Jois. For Ben, teaching is part of the practice, and daily practice is a great teacher.

Fan Yu

Nasya Camacho

She believes our bodies were made to move, celebrating our differences by connecting to those around us on a deeper level of compassion and understanding - which is why the AOP community makes her feel so at home.
